Get all veterans in Pamlico County registered in the veterans system.  Listed below are some of the functions of this office:

3. VA Home Loan Applications
4. Disability Compensation(Service Connected)
5. Disability Pension Program
6. VA Insurance Programs
7. Widows Pension/Benefit Package
8. Outreach To Homeless Veterans
9. Home Modification Applications For House Bound Vets

Most pressing issues in the Veterans Service Office:

• Transportation of veterans (housebound or vets without transportation to hospitals vet clinics
• Working with veteran groups to procure and operate vans in Pamlico County for transportation of veterans.
• Some emergency funds to assist veterans with emergency funds for water bills, light bills and heating expenses.
